Hello, I’m Nat – a  Hertfordshire  lifestyle and food  photography. I am a passionate about telling real stories. Every small business and business owner has an amazing story to tell.

I am a self-taught photographer and social media content consultant. I have the opportunity to use my marketing background and explore my creativity with a wide range of clients.

After my third maternity leave ended, I stepped away from a Director position in the City to start freelancing in a corporate communications capacity as well as starting Eat Breathe Create. That was three years ago, and both roles have grown a lot, and so have my children.

I experience every day first hand the constant need for unique and high quality content – be it written or visual. I am always connecting deeper my long-term clients with their stories. My clients are mainly based in Hertfordshire and the surrounding counties.

What my clients say...

Eat Breathe Create was founded by Nat Aubry after leaving her career as a European government relations expert. She wanted to explore her creative side in a professional capacity. After a tragic personal loss, photography became her way to express herself, and her creativity.

She is a brand story teller with a love for medium format cameras, natural light, and honest, and perfectly imperfect stories.

Her photography captures the essence of a brand, the unique atmosphere of a place or the distinctive look of a dish. Her visuals will be tailored to appeal to your core audience – she will work with you to identify the key values which the photography and video resources will convey. In a competitive and challenging market, she offers a modern, unique and authentic way to elevate and strengthen your business profile and your presence online, to tell your real story.

Based in Hertfordshire, Nat now works with local independent food business owners and creatives searching for an authentic and consistent aesthetic across their social medial channels.
